Andy Steiner-Design/Engineer

Born and raised in Switzerland, Andy completed his degree in car design before moving to the United States where his passion for yachts started. Working as a mast designer and workshop chief for Seatek in California he carried on throughout the 80's in the States as chief engineer for Sparcraft, before winning the America's cup as part of the Stars and Stripes team. For nearly three decades now Andy has been focused on his own designs and building his own mast, booms and yachting components working in Switzerland, France, Germany and now Slovenia. Andy is one of the most experienced design/engineers in the composite marine world.

Albane Leclerc-Production Manager

Albane is from the coastal town of La Ciotat in the South of France. It was here that she first met and worked for Andy in 1997 after completing her degree in art and literature. Albane's skills were soon noticed and she took charge of all Andy's production where she remains today, although she has worked as composite consultant and team leader on various projects in Italy, Switzerland and Dubai. Albane's knowledge and talent, that she has gained in the past 20 years of working on such a variety of projects, is clearly seen today in our finished pieces.

Kevin Bulpitt-Painting/Finishing

Our paint manager Kevin is from England. He studied and worked as a structural engineer before leaving the U.K. in 1992 to crew on yachts in the South of France. He spent five years on large motor yachts as deckhand and first officer before starting his own yacht painting company. Kevin's list of completed paint projects is as vast as it is varied, working all over the world on custom race yachts to super yachts. He has an extensive knowledge of marine and automotive coating products and what is needed to give you the ultimate protection and finish.
